Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes 🙏🏻 They create a range of sounds by using a wooden mallet around the outside of the rim of the bowl. The way we source our bowls is by playing each one of them. The bowl chooses us , we don’t choose the bowl. Use the felted end of the mallet to get a low note, and the wooden end for a high note. Each bowl is unique so come and try one in store!!
