The “tharu” tribe is an ethnic group indigenous to the southern ‘Terai’ region of Nepal. Once upon a time these stunning vintage necklaces have been worn by a “tharu” tribal women. Each piece is unique and each spike has been hand hammered then binded together with old cloth and a coin for the clasp.
